Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design preferences.
• Create visually stunning and cohesive event concepts that align with client objectives.
• Select and coordinate decor elements, including florals, lighting, furniture, and more.
• Work closely with vendors to bring design concepts to life within budgetary constraints.
• Attend site visits to ensure the seamless execution of the design vision.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as an Event Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Twin Motion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in Design, Interiors, Architecture will be considered a significant bonus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of event designs.
• Proficiency in design software and a keen understanding of industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate and present design concepts to clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
