Job Description
The Anandilal Podar Trust, a prestigious educational institution with a glorious past of 100 years, seeks an experienced Event Coordinator for its International Student projects. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating various events conducted for students and working closely with the Project Head.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with institutes, students, and related entities to ensure seamless event execution
• Organize files, prepare documents, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to other staff members
• Collaborate with event management companies, media teams, and students to plan and execute successful events
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in secretarial and coordination work in educational institutions
• Graduate degree is mandatory
• Good computer proficiency and basic understanding of design software like Canva
• Marketing knowledge to create engaging materials and ad hoc content for social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; Rajasthani is an added advantage
