Job Description
Position: Client Servicing Executive (Events)
Profile of the Company: A 10 year old, corporate event management agency, servicing a premier clientele
Location: Lodha Supremus, Off Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East
Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into actionable plans for the internal team.
Coordinate with various departments within the agency to ensure timely delivery of client projects and services.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients and new prospects (outreach through networking, calling and mailing).
Handle client enquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and client competitors to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or Event Management.
Candidates with about one year of experience. Exceptional Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
