Job Description

• Follow up with staffs and handle end-to-end management
Some highlights of the role include:
● Being responsible for the infrastructure of a sports facility and reporting to the manager on a timely manner, plus being responsible to work with partners for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
● Talk to customers, answer customer queries and create a positive environment at the sports facility for the customers
● To develop an expertise in the tools that are used to manage operations - App,Sling, Slack.
● Develop and maintain relationships with sports facility owners and its staff.
● Ensure the venues are always in great operational condition and running smoothly.
● Ensure quick reporting and resolution of issues in their assigned venues.
● Manage an overall team of 5 to 15 venue executives deployed at venue
● Work towards increasing revenues in their assigned venues by providing great
customer experience and value-added services.
● Weekly and monthly performance reporting of venue Executives .
Qualification:
● Bachelor's Degree in any field with a keen interest in using technology to standardise large-scale on-ground operations.
● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
● A keen eye for attention to detail.
● Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
● Self-motivated and willing to learn.
● Ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
● Experience is Sports industry, Swimming Pool Operations is highly preferred
