Job Description
Responsibilities
• Conceptualise and coordinate brand events, including press conferences, fan meet-and-greets, sponsorship activations at sporting venues, product launches, and influencer-driven promotions.
• Manage event logistics such as venue selection, supplier contracts, travel arrangements, AV setup, signage, and catering.
• Execute on-ground activations tied to sports teams, tournaments, leagues, and entertainment events.
• Ensure sponsorship placements and brand integrations meet quality standards and engage local audiences effectively.
• Coordinate schedules, appearances, and activities for influencers, brand ambassadors, and VIP guests.
• Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to align event themes and messaging with influencer personalities.
• Organise press events, conferences, and media briefings, ensuring timely delivery of press materials.
• Serve as an on-site liaison, managing interviews, photo sessions, and live coverage to maximise brand exposure.
• Oversee event setup and monitor activities in real-time, resolving issues promptly.
• Manage staff, volunteers, and vendor teams on-site to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Track KPIs such as attendee engagement, media coverage, ROI on sponsorships, and overall brand sentiment.
• Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future events.
Requirements
• Experience of a similar role within iGaming, Online Casino or Sports Betting is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in planning and executing brand events, sponsorship activations, or experiential marketing initiatives, preferably in the entertainment, sports, or gaming sectors.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within India, adapting to different regional environments and cultural nuances.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems creatively.
• Familiarity with social media amplification and PR strategies is a plus.
