Role : Event and Sponsorships Manager
Experience : 5+ Years
Location : Sydney
Essential Criteria :
5+ years, global experience managing sports sponsorship programs including digital activation
Marketing experience with relevant degree in marketing, communications or a related field
Demonstrates project management skills including technology projects, campaigns and events
Demonstrates creativity, strategic thinking, tech know-how and attention to detail
Possess good analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and proactive
G-suite savvy including Excel
Flexible and agile including availability to occasionally work after-hours/weekends throughout the year
Ability to communicate and present to various stakeholders
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Responsibilities :
Manage a busy program of running sponsorships across Australia and New Zealand
Coordinate event day management including bump in and out, event and activation set up, vendors and registrations
Manage digital sports programs including app development, AI, digital-twin directly related to sports sponsorship
Manage community initiatives and programs directly related to sports sponsorships
Manage timelines and priorities with various stakeholders including agencies, suppliers, clients and client partners
Effectively manage internal systems and processes including reporting, budgeting, POs and invoicing
Subject matter expert on all things brand related across sponsorship experiences, account activity and activations to raise awareness of the brand and provide pathways to sales
