Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables in accordance with operational procedures.
• Support the kitchen and bar staff in order preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Address guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock of cutlery, crockery, and linen.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, table service, and hygiene standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred.
• Experience in fine dining or high-volume hotel operations is an advantage.
Working Hours:
• Evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM), including weekends and public holidays as per hotel requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy periods.
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and service standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle guest requests and concerns.
• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
