Fashion Designer - Ethnic Wear Professional

We're seeking a talented Fashion Designer - Ethnic Wear to lead our creative direction for ethnic collections.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio focused on ethnic ready-to-wear fashion, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools, knowledge of AI design tools and deep understanding of fabrics, finishing, silhouette balance and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design ethnic wear collections including kurta sets, co-ords, pant sets and fusion separates.
• Use AI tools for trend forecasting, moodboarding and rapid silhouette generation.
• Collaborate with textile and sampling teams to select suitable fabrics, trims and surface finishes.
• Translate research and brand direction into commercially viable designs.
• Oversee sample development, fit checks and final approvals.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely collection readiness.

Requirements:
• A strong portfolio focused on ethnic ready-to-wear fashion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to fit, detailing and usability.
• Previous experience in sampling, fit review and production handover.
