We are seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our team at EsyHousing. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our website and web applications.
You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Your primary goal will be to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions that enhance our brand and drive user engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop User Interfaces: Create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, for our website and web applications.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences, and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Visual Design: Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all web platforms.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of designs and alignment with business goals.
• Design System Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and style guide.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Iterative Design: Participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
• Asset Creation: Create and optimize visual assets, including icons, images, and graphics, for web use.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure that designs are optimized for performance and accessibility.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• UX/UI Principles: Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles.
• Responsive Design: Experience in designing responsive websites and web applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio demonstrating relevant web design projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Design, or a related field is preferred.
