Job Description
Durham School of English is looking for EFL / ESL teachers to teach adults on our General English courses.
Our classes are topic-based and communicative. We follow a flexible syllabus that allows teachers to use their creativity and experience to tailor lessons to the needs and interests of their class.
MAIN DUTIES
Teach 8-25 hours of well-prepared lessons each week. Maintain excellent class administration, including class registration and lesson recordkeeping.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
An undergraduate degree
CELTA or equivalent (TEFL, TESOL)
Effective communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
We cannot offer work permits to candidates who are not eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
