Job Description
Skill Requirements for ERPNext Developer:
• Must have 2-4 years of experience in the Frappe, ERPNext-based web applications.
• Languages & Tools: JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Jquery, etc.
• Experience with one or more ERPNext modules like HR, CRM, Buying, Stock Management, Selling, Accounting and Project.
• Good experience in database such as Mysql/Mariadb.
• Hands-on experience in developing applications over Frappe Framework-ERPnext.
• Good ability in working with Version control.
• Good understanding in Linux OS.
• Experience with workflows, access controls, page layout, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards design & development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and understand how to utilize them according to the clients
• Experience in API Integrations.
• Must be well knowledge in data migration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• OOPs concept and Backend Development Experience.
Responsibilities for ERP Next Developer:
1. Gathering all requirements from internal and external clients and building possible requirements.
2. Prepare documentation for software development and testing.
3. Ability to convey complex information in both written and verbal form to technical or non-technical audiences.
4. Ensure a smooth transition for current customizations with upgrades of Frappe and ERPnext.
5. Drive continuous improvements in development and operations.
6. Design, Configure, Build, Test, Deploy and Maintain ERP Next and Frappe based applications.
7. Customize ERP Next modules based on business requirements.
8. Implement data migration strategies.
