Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be adept at optimizing and coordinating processes within the supply chain and should have a strong background in transportation logistics
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
Extensive knowledge and experience in logistics management and supply chain optimization
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects
Strong experience with ERP systems
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and implement efficient supply chain processes to enhance logistics and operations flow
Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including inventory, transportation, and distribution, to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness and time management
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance to meet operational goals
Oversee the strategic implementation of process steps and manage daily operations of ERP systems, if applicable
Continually identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
