Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ERP & CRM Executive to manage and maintain our business software systems. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, user issues, and ensure data integrity across all departments using ERP and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update ERP & CRM systems (sales, stock, HR, etc.)
• Provide user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve errors
• Ensure proper data entry and reporting across departments
• Coordinate with external software vendors for customization or technical support
• Train staff on how to use ERP/CRM modules effectively
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in ERP & CRM management (Tally Prime, Zoho, SAP, etc.)
• Basic technical knowledge of databases, software workflows, and reporting tools
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Salary: Based on experience + Performance Bonus
