Job Responsibilities
Supporting Director of a Company in carrying out research on a portfolio of companies.
Track news, events and results of the companies under coverage.
Tracking and monitoring regulatory trends impacting the industry.
Building and maintaining databases tracking key macroeconomic indicators/industry KPIs.
Meeting senior management and lead bankers to know the prospects of the company
Listening to and summarizing investment conference calls.
Assist the Lead Analyst in preparation of company profiles, newsletters, earning notes, initiating coverage reports, etc.
Comprehensive research on the companies, industries and groups where the Company intends to invest.
Detailed Models for Large companies covered and short models for midcap and small-cap ideas.
Independent and neutral feedback on the various investment options.
Skills
Strong understanding of Equity Market concepts and financial analysis skills.
Good financial writing skills (beyond factual reporting such as Company Description).
Well versed in building a financial model with forecasting.
Qualification & Experience
MBA/PGDM (Finance) / CA ; CFA(US) would be an added advantage.
Looking for candidates with 10-12 years of Equity Research experience.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Demonstrable and thorough knowledge of all aspects of Stocks /Sectors.
Salary As per Industry Standards
