Job Description
• Capable to read mechanical drawings
• Experience on installation and alignment of static equipment like reactor, heat exchangers, vessels, columns, dryers, filters, silos, skid mounted equipment etc.
• Experience on installation and alignment of rotary equipment like centrifugal pump, reciprocating pump, screw pump, centrifugal compressors, screw compressor, reciprocating compressor, rotary dryers, conveyors etc.
• Executing erection, alignment of equipment in-situ joints at site.
• Installation and alignment of Column internals and reactor internals with best safe measure.
• Documentation of the activity
• Daily, weekly, monthly plan preparation based on the work front
• Knowledge about equipment (static and rotary) preservation works
• Knowledge about cranes and lifting operations.
• Knowledge about construction activities and sequencing
