We are seeking an ambitious Epoxy Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and thirst for knowledge. Epoxy labourers work alongside Epoxy Technicians to execute installation tasks, including preparation, pouring, finishing, and repairs/touch ups. Labourers must possess the ability to work in a team setting and efficiently carry out assigned tasks.
Duties
Follow the instructions of Technicians and provide them with assistance.
Utilize hand tools and equipment to grind surfaces in preparation for epoxy pouring.
Thorough and meticulous cleaning of work area.
Repair cement and concrete imperfections.
Proper application of products for each job as necessary, such as crack filler & adhesives.
Pour and roll epoxy coatings evenly and efficiently.
Apply finish and protective coating.
Clean tools and ensure their preservation.
Travel to and from job sites.
Experience
1 + Year(s) as an Epoxy Specialist. (preferred)
Familiarity with various hand tools and equipment used in construction and repair tasks.
Ability to work in a team setting.
A commitment to safety practices in the workplace.
Skills in carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, and painting. (asset)
