Environmental Health Safety Engineer
Job Description
Bachelor’s in Environmental, Safety, or related engineering field
5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety practices
Ability to work independently in a startup environment
Responsibilities
Develop and implement EHS policies and programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Support facility start-up, contractor safety, and regulatory inspections (e.g., Certificate of Occupancy)
Lead electrical safety programs including LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE, and NFPA 70E compliance
Manage hazardous waste, chemical storage, and environmental reporting
Job description
We are seeking an EHS Engineer to develop and manage environmental, health, and safety programs for our new MV UPS, EV charger, and PCS manufacturing facility.

• Houston
• Dallas-Fort Wort
Key Responsibility:
• Develop and implement EHS policies and programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Support facility start-up, contractor safety, and regulatory inspections (e.g., Certificate of Occupancy)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Environmental, Safety, or related engineering field
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety practices
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Experience in electrical/high-voltage manufacturing and NFPA 70E preferred
• CSP/ASP certifications and bilingual (English/Mandarin) are a plus
