We are currently seeking ambitious, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our sales team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This role involves engaging in both (B2C) and (B2B) direct sales. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in sales, with full training and mentorship provided.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients (B2C and B2B)
Conduct one-on-one sales presentations tailored to customer and business needs
Promote customized marketing solutions to consumers
Manage a designated territory to ensure consistent engagement and growth
Support the onboarding and development of new team members upon reaching performance benchmarks
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset, but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven, with a professional and positive attitude
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
