We are currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, customer-facing sales position designed for individuals looking to gain professional experience, develop communication skills, and build a long-term career.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will meet directly with potential customers, explain available service options, answer questions, and help customers enroll in services that best match their household needs. This role involves face-to-face sales, customer outreach, and working toward individual and team performance goals. No previous sales experience is required, as AGI Solutions provides hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support from experienced team leaders.
We believe in creating opportunities for motivated individuals who are willing to learn, work hard, and grow. Every Entry Level Sales Associate receives structured training, daily guidance, and continuous feedback to help build confidence and achieve success.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Associate
Meet with customers face-to-face to discuss available telecommunications services
Explain products, promotions, pricing, and service features in a clear and honest manner
Answer customer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process
Assist customers with service enrollment and account setup
Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience after enrollment
Learn and maintain knowledge of current products and promotions
Track personal sales activity and work toward performance goals
Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions
Represent AGI Solutions professionally during all customer interactions
Qualifications for an Entry Level Sales Associate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable speaking with customers in person
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Dependable and professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
