NY Outreach is seeking an Authorized Entry-Level Sales Associate to provide expert consultation on connectivity solutions for North York. The Entry-Level Sales Associate guides customers through evaluating their current Internet, TV, and home phone services, identifying what’s working and what’s not, and selecting new packages that better meet their needs.
As an Entry‑Level Sales Associate, you will attend industry insights sessions on bundle pricing, gaining knowledge on how to position Internet, TV, and home phone services as a complete solution. These sales sessions will prepare the Entry‑Level Sales Associate to explain how bundling not only saves money but also simplifies their lives by consolidating their bills into one.
Responsibilities of the Entry‑Level Sales Associate
Introduce our customers to integrated connectivity and entertainment solutions by exploring their habits and communication preferences.
Match customers with Internet, television, and home phone packages that complement their daily routines and lifestyle needs.
Spark sales opportunities through engaging sales discussions centered on convenience, household value, and service reliability.
Clarify available service options so customers can confidently evaluate their choices and make informed decisions.
Strengthen customer confidence by delivering sales guidance that supports both immediate needs and long-term satisfaction.
Elevate sales performance by championing bundled home services that simplify connectivity and entertainment under one solution.
Qualifications of the Entry‑Level Sales Associate
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
Strong sales communication skills with confidence in product presentation.
Ability to identify customer pain points and position bundled services as solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
