Entry Level Sales Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients and existing customers to promote products and services effectively
Assist in identifying client needs and providing suitable solutions through consultative selling techniques
Support the sales team in reaching targets by managing client accounts and following up on leads
Conduct B2B sales activities, including negotiations and presentations to prospective business clients
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using organisational IT systems
Manage scheduling and time effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and meetings
Drive company vehicles when necessary for client visits or promotional events
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding the customer base
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications
Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
Ability to negotiate confidently and build rapport with clients
Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between client sites or attending events
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning about sales processes and client relationship management
Pay: £450.00-£700.00 per week
