At Kaizen Group, we're on a mission to build in India, for the world. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and help us build and scale our outreach engine from the ground up.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone looking to break into marketing and sales operations. You’ll play a key role in researching and identifying prospects, qualifying them, and driving outreach efforts that generate leads and growth opportunities for the business.
This role is a combined role for Prescient Infotech, a US based cybersecurity, IT, and tech firm and Brick & Byte Innovative Products, an engineering and manufacturing firm specializing in data center, energy, and infrastructure products.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Generation & Research
• Identify target markets and compile prospect lists using online tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.)
• Collect, clean, and maintain accurate contact databases
• Conduct research on companies, industries, and decision-makers
• Lead Qualification
• Evaluate and score leads based on ideal customer profiles• Segment data for more personalized marketing and outreach efforts
• Track and manage qualified leads through CRM systems
• Outreach & Engagement
• Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Coordinate with content and design teams to personalize outbound messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and iterate on strategy based on data insights
Who You Are
• A recent marketing, business, or technical graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and techniques
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and outreach platforms
Bonus Points
• Experience with tools like Apollo.io, GovWin, and/or other tender portals
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing or sales
• Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and marketing strategy
