Responsibilities
Deliver a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet each client’s unique preferences.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Provide advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Willingness to learn and improve as an individual providing services for both male and female customers.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their styling needs.
Ability to manage store operations including front desk duties and basic store management responsibilities.
Some level of self taught or previous work experience (ideally 1 year)
Nice to haves that aren't required
Skilled in performing makeup application, nail care, and other spa related services such as waxing, massages, facials, etc.
Valid Cosmetology or Barbering license with experience in hair styling and barbering techniques.
Some level of graphic design and social media marketing skills
Able to speak or understand Vietnamese or Lao languages
Kpop, gaming, or anime knowledge

This is a very casual learning experience for anyone on a tight schedule that may need flexible hours to balance with another part time job or schooling. Expect very generous commission rates and the freedom to express yourself creatively.
