We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Food Beverage Supervisor.

About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with hospitality experience looking to step into a leadership role. You’ll work closely with the Food Beverage Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences at our clubhouse restaurant, kiosk, beverage carts and during special events.

What You’ll Do

· Oversee front-of-house operations and support food beverage team

· Provide training, guidance, and motivation to staff

· Maintain high standards of customer service and food presentation

· Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies

· Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness protocols are followed

· Help coordinate banquets, tournaments, and member events

· Handle guest concerns and provide quick, professional solutions

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in hospitality or food service (server, bartender, etc.)

· Friendly, approachable, and ready to lead by example

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

· Serving It Right or equivalent certification

· Interest in golf or recreational hospitality is a bonus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
