Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Computer Operator & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time or part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in data entry, customer service, and analysis within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing data, assisting customers, and supporting sales initiatives to help grow our business.

Duties

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records using various software tools
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting issues
Support sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling products or services
Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Communicate effectively with diverse clients in both English and Spanish
Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction
Experience

Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Basic analysis skills to interpret data and support decision-making processes
Familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
