Job Description
Position : Business Analyst Intern
Note: This is an Onsite 6 months internship. WFH/ Remote opportunity is not available.
Shift Timings: 12pm to +pm at Gurgaon office
Role Description
This is an entry level role for a Business Analyst at PinnacleWay Biz Solutions located in Gurugram. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering requirements, and identifying business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications. This is an on-site role and requires you to be in Gurugram during internship.
Responsibilities
Capture, validate and document business and system requirements, ensuring they are in line with key strategic principles and translated from business operations, business objectives, or from external requirements
Create and maintain documentation such as process documentation and training material
Drafting user manual and business processes
Assisting in market research, competitive analysis and user research
Strong understanding of business processes, customer journey and business requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Qualifications
Previous Business Analyst experience preferred
Proficient in BRD, FRD,Gap Analysis, and Documentation Skills.
Strong understanding of Agile Methodology.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Project management methodologies is a plus
