Entry Level Assistant Manager

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our team. This Entry Level Assistant Manager role is an entry-level position, we provide hands-on training to help you succeed. Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, represent AT&T products and services to new and existing customers
Build positive relationships through in-person interactions
Educate customers on available plans, upgrades, and promotions
Manage customers accounts during and after their sales orders
Assist customers with account setup and service options
Work closely with fellow Entry Level Assistant Managers to meet sales goals
Participate in ongoing skill development sessions
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn sales, customer service, and account management strategies
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
Ability to work in a team environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) is a plus
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,800.00 per month
