Koimoi.com, one of India’s top entertainment websites, is seeking a dynamic Entertainment Anchor and writer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, presentation, and editorial content. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about entertainment and celebrities, who not only crafts compelling stories but also confidently presents them on camera.
Key Responsibilities:
• On-Camera Presence: Act as the face of Koimoi’s digital content by anchoring videos primarily for celebrity interviews, news briefs & social media reels.
• Video Collaborations: Work closely with the video and editing team to conceptualize, shoot, and publish digital videos for Koimoi’s YouTube and social platforms.
• Reporting & Field Work: Cover on-ground events like celebrity interviews, movie promotions, press conferences, or red carpet appearances with real-time anchoring as required.
• Content Writing: Write articles on trending topics in entertainment for Koimoi.com
• Content Ideation: Stay on top of trends to pitch and produce creative video content aligned with Koimoi’s voice and audience.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in anchoring and entertainment content writing for leading digital entertainment media houses.
• Must have prior experience conducting interviews with celebrities and industry insiders
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident on-camera presence.
• Strong writing and editorial skills; capable of writing compelling scripts in English (and optionally Hindi).
• Good understanding of video formats for YouTube & Instagram
• A deep interest & passion for Bollywood, Hollywood, Regional cinema & OTT.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Basic video editing skills would be a bonus
