As a Senior Java Developer at Innovya Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining key software applications within the investment banking division. Your expertise in Java and related technologies such as J2EE (v17), Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, JPA, and Swagger/OAS3.X will be crucial in supporting high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions for mission-critical enterprise applications with high data volume.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to uphold code quality.
- Conduct quality and security scans utilizing tools like Sonar.
- Utilize database technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and PL/SQL scripting.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to deliver high-quality results.
• *Qualifications Required:**
- 4+ years of hands-on coding experience with Java.
- Strong knowledge of Java 8 or newer versions is a must.
- Proficiency in J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, Kafka, and API frameworks.
- Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs using a microservices architecture.
