Responsibilities:
• Interpret technical, architectural, business, and regulatory requirements in the development and recommendation of solutions
• Develop and document the approach to handle non-functional requirements, including scalability, performance, and availability
• Act as a liaison between multiple technical teams, responsible for understanding products and their parameters
• Support dev/ops team to design POCs and validate solution functionality
• Review requirement documents, define required integrations, and examine and update procedures as necessary
• Build relationships with the business units we support by understanding their business needs and effectively communicating with the technical resources delivering solutions
• Communicate with users, customers, and management on future vision for, use of, and operability of the systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively resolve client issues / escalations
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in IT
• Ability to analyze business needs and then tactically identify/deliver strategic solutions to meet them
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of varying parts of a project or initiative
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes preferred
Education:
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
