Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Day of Surgery Area (DOSA) team at Pindara Private Hospital on a Permanent Part Time basis.
As a member of our clinical team, you will plan, deliver and evaluate care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders, ensuring a high standard of quality service is provided.
In this role you will:
Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager across Day of Surgery Area.
Assist with clinical procedures and patient monitoring in line with best practice and surgical interventions.
Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred team environment.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Ramsay policies and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards.
About You
You are a reliable, team-focused Enrolled Nurse with strong communication and organisational skills. You will also demonstrate:
Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse IV Qualified (No Notations) (essential).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong time management skills and a commitment to patient safety.
