Job Description
Enrolled Nurse (Aged Care)
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our aged care clients.
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Experience in Aged Care highly preferred
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Valid Police Check
Current First Aid/CPR certificate preferred
Driver’s licence preferred
Language requirement: Must be able to communicate in English, ability to speak another language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic medication assistance and support with medication administration
Conduct clinical assessments and document findings accurately
Support clients with personal care
Assist with the development and implementation of individual care plans
Ensure compliance with clinical and organisational standards
