Job Description
Job Title: Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse
Location: Munno Para, South Australia
About the role
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Community Nurse / Enrolled Nurse to deliver person-centred care in a community setting. You will work with clients including NDIS participants, older adults, and individuals with chronic health conditions, delivering clinical services and supporting overall health goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver nursing care such as wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans
Liaise with clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and support workers
Monitor and report changes in client health and escalate concerns as required
Provide education to clients and caregivers to promote self-management
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with standards
Support with clinical training and supervision of support staff if needed
Travel to client homes or community settings as required
Requirements
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (community or aged care preferred)
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Police Check and Working with Children Check (or NDIS Worker Screening)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
