Job Description
Job Title: English & IELTS Trainer
Location: Uttam Nagar, Delhi
Work Mode: Strictly Work From Office
Note: Candidates must reside within 3 km of Uttam Nagar
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic English & IELTS Trainer to join our coaching center in Uttam Nagar. You’ll be responsible for teaching spoken English and preparing students for the IELTS exam, plus taking online classes when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Training: Conduct English speaking + IELTS classes for students in center
- Online Classes: Should be able to take online classes also as per requirement
- IELTS Prep: Teach L, R, W, S modules, provide strategies, mock tests & feedback
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, attendance, and student progress tracking
- Communication: Provide one-on-one doubt clearing and counseling to students
- Personality Development: Help students improve fluency, confidence, and body language
Requirements
- Location: Must live within 3 km of Uttam Nagar
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced can apply
- Skills Needed:
- Excellent English communication skills and personality
- Good classroom management and student handling
- Prior experience as IELTS Trainer preferred
- Knowledge of IELTS pattern, band descriptors, and scoring
- Comfortable with online teaching tools - Zoom, Google Meet
- Other: Energetic, punctual, and student-focused
