Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature, language arts, and effective teaching methodologies. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering dynamic classroom instruction, and assessing student progress. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Engage students in active participation and critical thinking through discussions, activities, and projects.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their academic development and success.
Assess student progress through various methods, including quizzes, exams, essays, and projects.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum, share best practices, and support student achievement.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrators regarding academic progress, behavior, and other relevant matters.
Stay informed about current trends and developments in education, English language arts, and pedagogy through professional development opportunities and independent research.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Teaching certification/license (if applicable) from an accredited institution.
Proven experience teaching English at the middle school, high school, or college level.
Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, composition, and language arts.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and learning.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
