Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our team, delivering high-quality instruction to students in Grades 3–6 within the CBSE curriculum. This role is vital in fostering foundational language skills, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for learning. Responsibilities
• Deliver dynamic and curriculum-aligned English lessons for Grades 3–6 students following the CBSE framework.
• Develop lesson plans that promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive and inclusive methods.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and data-driven instruction.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respectful communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, school events, and student support initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and classroom activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Grades 3–6, preferably within the CBSE system.
• Strong command of English language and literature, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology to enhance instruction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively and inspire student engagement.
• Willingness to reside in provided accommodation during the academic term.
