The ideal candidate is a motivated, organised, and creative individual who welcomes challenges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the curriculum for IELTS, training students, taking BootCamp, and ensuring the desired quality is getting delivered to the students.
Job Description
-Training IELTS students to acquire their respective scores and develop excellent service.
-Excellent knowledge of the subject assigned to teach and ensure students' participation
-Understand all areas of the course syllabus provided and self-updating on the latest exam trends.
-Use various skills of teaching to engage students to achieve expected results.
-Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups and social backgrounds.
-Develop Curriculum for IELTS (Mock Tests, Assignments, Content, Teaching Materials i.e. PPT & Videos).
-Go Live on Instagram/Youtube for discussion.
-Solve Doubts and take master classes/Bootcamps.
Qualification & Skills Required
• Preferably 1 - 4 Years of IELTS Teaching Experience
• Excellent proficiency in the IELTS Modules (writing, reading, listening, speaking)
• Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class.
• Presentable and equipped with student-handling skills
• Self-motivated and independent at work
• Tech Savvy
• The candidate who attended the IELTS exam, with a band score of at least 8 will have an advantage
