A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on the Cambridge curriculum preferred.
Teaching certification or licensure relevant to the educational jurisdiction.
Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs and preferences.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities and student assessments effectively.
Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Experience in curriculum development and implementation is a plus.
