Role & responsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated English Language and American Accent. This critical role is focused on elevating our workforce's verbal communication skills to meet global standards, specifically tailored for seamless interaction with our American clientele.The ideal candidate is a native or native-level English speaker, preferably with an American or Indo-American background, who can provide expert coaching in pronunciation, business communication etiquette, and cross-cultural competence. You will be instrumental in improving employee confidence and professional effectiveness in a global business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Training Sessions: Design and deliver engaging, regular training sessions focused on American English pronunciation, rhythm, intonation, and overall fluency.Accent Specialization: Develop and lead specialized modules for accent neutralization and targeted American accent enhancement.Business Communication: Improve overall employee confidence in verbal communication, including professional telephone etiquette, virtual meeting dynamics, and clear, concise email writing.Cross-Cultural Coaching: Provide essential guidance on American business practices and cross-cultural communication to ensure successful client and stakeholder interactions.Program Customization: Tailor and adapt training programs to meet the specific communication needs of diverse departments.Evaluation & Reporting: Create, administer, and analyze pre- and post-training evaluations to rigorously measure improvement, training efficacy, and ROI.Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with management and team leads to proactively identify departmental communication gaps and implement targeted solutions.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest modern language training methodologies, techniques, and educational tools to ensure best-in-class delivery.Required QualificationsFluency: Native or near-native fluency in English, with a demonstrable command of the American accent and its nuances.Education: Bachelors degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field.Experience: Experience in corporate English language training, accent coaching, or communication skills development.Cultural Awareness: Strong familiarity with American business culture and communication standards.Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, presentation, and one-on-one coaching abilities.Preferred Profile US citizen or Indo-American professional.Demonstrated experience working with Indian professionals in a corporate training setting.A strong passion for teaching, coaching, and developing talent across professional levels.
