Key Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone to US-based clients.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while adhering to process guidelines.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to the relevant team as required.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer service or voice process role (preferred).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills (10/10).
• Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with rotational shifts.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Location: Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
