We are looking for a people-first, delivery-focused Engineering Manager to join a global SaaS product organization and help build world-class engineering teams in India.

In this role, you will:

✅ Lead and mentor Software Engineers and Technical Leads, supporting their growth and career development

✅ Build a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and engineering excellence

✅ Partner with Product, Design, Quality, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions

✅ Own team delivery, planning, prioritization, estimation, and execution

✅ Remove obstacles, improve team effectiveness, and enable engineers to do their best work

✅ Contribute to broader engineering initiatives as part of the leadership team

What we’re looking for:

🔹 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional Agile software development teams

🔹 Experience working with SaaS platforms

🔹 Strong people leadership and engineering management skills

🔹 Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities

🔹 Experience driving delivery, process improvements, and team growth
