The role involves designing, developing, and overseeing the manufacturing and installation of mechanical systems and products. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience in mechanical engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and test mechanical components, systems, and products.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis for new designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, electrical, R&D, quality) to ensure product efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
• Evaluate materials, components, and manufacturing methods for cost-effectiveness and durability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer (fresher/experienced, depending on need).
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
• Master’s degree or specialized certification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in [specific industry – e.g., electrical manufacturing, automotive, HVAC, heavy machinery].
• Exposure to project management tools and lean manufacturing practices.

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹750,500.00 per year
