About the role:
As an engagement director based in Dubai, you will lead strategic client initiatives by blending deep technical expertise in solution architecture and SDLC with strong non-technical skills in program management, product ownership, and client engagement. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead client engagements from proposal through delivery, ensuring business objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements, solution roadmaps, and key performance indicators
• Oversee the design and implementation of technical solutions in line with SDLC best practices
• Manage program plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change control processes
• Act as product owner for key deliverables, prioritizing features and managing backlogs
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships to foster trust, drive adoption, and secure renewals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and business analysts in a matrixed environment
• Monitor engagement health, report status to stakeholders, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and governance policies
