ROLE DISCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site Energy Storage Engineer position based in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization of energy storage systems, with a focus on Redox Flow Batteries and Lithium-ion battery packs.

The role involves hands-on research and development, system-level analysis, and close collaboration with electrical, chemical, and mechanical engineering teams to improve battery performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. You will also support renewable energy projects by providing technical expertise for energy storage integration and scalable deployment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and develop Redox Flow Battery systems and Lithium-ion battery packs
• Conduct R&D activities, including material evaluation, system modeling, and performance optimization
