This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in maintaining electrical and utility infrastructure. You'll be the backbone of continuous operations — managing power, air, water, and communication systems — while also driving initiatives for conservation, compliance, and long-term upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure continuous and reliable power, water, and communication services by maintaining infrastructure such as HT lines, transformers, UPS systems, HVAC, and compressed air systems.
• Monitor power consumption patterns and identify causes of imbalance to optimize efficiency.
• Execute energy conservation practices using energy-efficient appliances and tools like E-watch to monitor and reduce power, water, and diesel usage.
• Maintain building infrastructure including STP, water supply, and sanitary systems.
• Design and implement upgrades or modifications to utility systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and communication infrastructure.
• Liaise with local government bodies to ensure uninterrupted services and compliance.
• Assist with electrical and HVAC planning, budgeting, and scheduling for ongoing projects.
• Support event-related needs throughout the year by ensuring operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance with EMS and QEHS standards.
• Implement and monitor all statutory and legal environmental and safety requirements.
Key Requirements:
• Operation and maintenance of transformers, HT & LT panels, DG sets, HVAC, UPS, fire systems, water and compressed air systems
• Knowledge of communication systems like EPBAX
• Coordination with vendors and multiple agencies
• Project planning, site supervision, and budgeting
• Understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and statutory compliance
• Strong documentation, negotiation, and multitasking skills
Qualification : B Tech / Diploma / ITI – Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 8-12
