Endpoint Engineering Specialist – L2/L3
Work Location: Toronto – 3 days office
Experience: 6–8 Years
Key Technologies: Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Windows 10/11, PowerShell
Purpose
The Endpoint Engineering Specialist – L2/L3 is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise endpoint services, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM. The role focuses on endpoint administration, application deployment, patching, compliance, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Management – Intune & SCCM
· Administer and support Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM in a large enterprise environment.
· Manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, endpoint security policies, device enrollment, application deployments, and update policies.
