Duties
Conduct comprehensive cleaning of vacated properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
Remove all rubbish and ensure all surfaces are spotless and sanitised.
Clean windows, carpets, and upholstery as required.
Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products where necessary.
Inspect the property to ensure all areas meet client specifications and company standards.
Report any damages or issues to management promptly.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous.
Good organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently within set timeframes.
Strong attention to detail to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
Customer service skills are beneficial for liaising with clients professionally.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic cooking skills are a nice-to-have but not required.
