Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a solid background in employment law, particularly in litigation involving human rights, civil litigation, and discrimination cases
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
A minimum of 3-12 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, with a focus on defense representation
Exceptional litigation skills, with experience handling labor and employment cases from inception to resolution
Experience handling labor and employment issues, with a heavy concentration in the defense of civil rights matters
Bonus Experience Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, The New York State Human Rights Law, The New York City Human Rights Law, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Benefits
Salary $100,000 - $150,000 per year
Salary Range $+0,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience
