Job Description
First Assistance provides Emergency Assistance to international travellers, expatriate workforces worldwide and inbound visitors to NZ and AU. We are the Australasian market innovator in our industry.
Due to the uplift in travel, we are in full growth mode and are looking to expand the current size of our team!
We need calm, empathetic and resilient people who thrive on helping others. You will join a dedicated and passionate team of professionals who make it our mission to help people in their time of need.
Working within our Emergency Assistance team, you will solve interesting problems using smart, innovative, outside the box thinking. You will be part of a down to earth, close-knit, supportive team.
These are full-time roles based in Auckland, working fixed shifts of 12pm to 11pm on a rotation of 4 days on, 4 days off.
