The Role
We are looking for a detail-driven, production-minded Embroidery and Production Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, machine operation, and producing high-quality finished products.
You will play a key role in our embroidery department from digitizing designs to running multiple machines and ensuring every stitch meets our standards.
Key Responsibilities
Digitize logos and artwork using Wilcom software
Set up, hoop, and operate multiple Melco embroidery machines
Monitor production runs for quality and efficiency
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
Prepare garments for production including unpacking and quality checks
Verify stock matches packing slips and purchase orders
Complete final quality control checks before orders ship
Prepare finished garments for delivery
Maintain a clean and organized production space
What You Bring
Embroidery production experience required
Wilcom digitizing experience strongly preferred
Experience operating multiple Melco machines preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
High School Diploma
Strong English communication skills
Bonus Skills
Garment printing or apparel production experience
Heat press or sublimation experience
Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting equipment
